Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas are teaming up to record Disney tune “Pass It On.” The pair haven’t worked together since their December 2007 split.

“Pass It On,” is the Disney version of the star-studded “We Are the World.” Kevin and Joe Jonas are also expected to lend their vocals to the song, which will be recorded later this week, E! News reports.
The video will be shot on Saturday.

Cyrus told Ryan Seacrest earlier today that she’s remained close with Nick, who recently broke up with Selena Gomez.

“We don’t hate each other. We really love each other,” she said. “He’s really cool and I’m happy we’ve been able to stay friends.”

“Everyone thinks that me and the Jonas Brothers have this big feud going on — [but] me and Nick are really close friends now,” she continued. “We talk all the time and he’s one of my best friends.”

How things have changed since she penned the tune “7 Things I Hate About You” and dyed her hair black after they called it quits.

“At first I bawled for a month straight,” she told Seventeen last September. “I was so sad. I just went into this weird funk.”

Nick Jonas is dating Jordan Pruitt.. again. According to Betty Confidential, Nick and Jordan his spent ‘copious amounts of time together on the Disney set of his new show in Los Angeles.’

Jordan began her music career touring with the Jonas Brothers and they’ve been close friends since. Recently their friendship turned in to romance. Last week filming finished on JONAS, Jordan was at the wrap party to support Nick.

The insider revealed: ‘They are very cute together and Jordan made many stops to Nick’s trailer during the filming of the show. They began dating two months ago and Nick is constantly sending her text messages.

They have quite a cute young relationship, not too serious, and she gets
along great with Joe and Kevin. They have been friends for years, so is a very comfortable relationship.’ Was Nick cheating on Selena with Jordan? The source dished: ‘Definitely not! Nick and Selena ended as great friends.’

Lines, Vines, and Trying Times is the tentative title for the Jonas Brothers fourth album. the brothers recently jonas-albumtalked about the new album, due out June 15

Nick, ‘Lines are something that someone feeds you, vines are the things that get in the way, and trying times, well, that’s obvious.’ The brothers tell fans to expect more ultra-catchy pop like the new song ‘Poison Ivy’, a Weezer-ish tune about a toxic girl you can’t resist.

Nick Jonas told Billboard: ‘We’re trying to learn as much as we can, continuing to grow.’ Kevin added: ‘The overall message is its the same old Jonas Brothers, in a sense, but we’re adding more and more music, including different musical instruments that are going to add and build to the sound we already have.’

Nick said the songs on the album are ‘our journal in songs, about all things we’ve gone through, personal experiences we get inspiration from. We’ve also been working on trying to use metaphors.. to kind of mask a literal thing that happens to us.’ Scan credit: NickJOnline.
